Character Name: Kay Faraday
Age: 17
Canon: Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth
Appearance: A flighty teenager, 163 cm tall with a slender body, Kay has thick, almost wavy black hair which she ties up into high ponytail (which in turn looks like folded crow wings). She also has bright green eyes which sparkle whenever she sees anything of interest (mainly, treasure or GREAT JUSTICE). Her clothes are akin to a ninja, only more casual, and to show off her self-proclaimed role as the Yatagarasu, she wears a scarf which look like wings, as well as their insignia on it.
Personality: When one first meets Kay Faraday, it is almost like they are hit in the face by a bubbly, feisty girl. Confident, cheeky and honest, Kay doesn't hold back, and says what she feels and thinks. Fortunately, this young girl has a pure heart, so her big mouth doesn't really get her into much trouble. Oh wait, actually it does, after all, she is the self proclaimed Great Thief of justice.
Kay has been raised up by her father to follow a list of promises, ones that will make her into a good person and keep her safe. Though most of these try to make sure that she never consort with strangers, Kay often finds herself yabbering away to them anyway, which was how she met Detective Gumshoe in the first place, which consequently lead to meeting Miles Edgeworth, just when she was ten. Even then, she was a feisty little thing, fighting against the system when she thought the prosecutors were bullying her new friend Gumshoe, and kicked Edgeworth in the shins for being mean. Once that was cleared, and that she found out that they were all on the same side, Kay wanted nothing more than to be helpful, even trying not to cry at the tragedy which befell her, as it was a promise she made to her father.
Byrne Faraday is her idol, and upon finding out he was Yatagarasu, a Robin Hood like figure who steals the truth from corrupted groups and brings justice on them through the media, Kay wanted nothing more than to follow his footsteps. She then confidently proclaims herself to be a hero of justice, and she never fails to mention this constantly, even if there's a possibility it would land her into trouble. She's proud of who she is, and what she can bring to the community at large. Of course, she also takes being a thief seriously, and started getting a taste for delightful treasures. It's not like it's going to hurt anyone if she takes some!
Kay is still young and naive, but she is brave, honest, and determined. She's always optimistic, bringing a laugh to the table, always wanting to cheer those up around her, help them, and always with a smile on her face. And then sometimes (alright, all the time) she's just too enthusiastic for her own good. There's nothing that's going to put her down or stop her!

Special Abilities: Being a Great Thief is hard work. So Kay is quite acrobatic, quick on her feet, able to climb and leap great distances. However, that's probably about it. She does have a fancy tool her father made called "Little Thief", which creates a near realistic simulation of whatever she inputs into the device, however it's not like she's going to have this here 8(

Who stole my clothes?! No one steals from the Great Thief and gets away with it! If you give me back my clothes now, maybe I'll go easy on you!
Third Person: "AHHHHHHH!"
Was the first thing she said when she finally got a chance to explore Coruscant. Now dressed in her tacky new outfit, generously provided by the droid in the living room (which she made no effort holding back when it came to shaking it and seeing what else it would spit out. Hey, there might be shinier clothes!) she decided to go out and venture forth in this new strange land. If she had to be stuck here, she might as well find a way out, right? She will find the truth! Or so she keeps saying.
Now, her "AHHHHHH!" was one of surprise, because it felt just like a movie, and it's everyone's dream to be in a movie! She's even sure it's Edgeworth's dream too, even if there's a chance he'll deny it. Kay made a note to ask him whenever she gets back. Right now, she has more important matters at hand, and that is to explore this shiny sci-fi world, even if it means turning it outside in! And also to find a replacement for Little Thief, because she felt more naked without it than she did waking up in only her undergarments.
Kay was getting more distracted as she walked though, gaping at everything in sight. "I need a camera!" Where does anyone get a camera in this place?! Wait, does that datapad work? She rummaged into her bag to fetch it out, turning on the video feature.
"Does this have a photo option? I don't need a video!" Or maybe, it'll be better with a video. In that case, she might as well film everything she sees!
